Morning surf at Newport Beach


A quick shot of this morning's sunrise at 'The Peak' at Newport Beach, surfers are out already, probably some grommets (junior surfers). Not a bad pic for a phone camera.

    Nice shot. Love the three strong lines disappearing into the headland.

    Had to chuckle over the expression for young surfers! Grommets are things doctors insert into ears to help them drain better!!
