Yes, it is a person in a giant Ugg Boot. Spotted on George St, I don't know how he does it as it is very humid in Sydney at the moment. These sheepskin boots used to be daggy (sheep reference) but now seem to be making a comeback, I even saw a whole shop dedicated to them.
I have a pair of uggies under my bed! They are wonderful when the mornings cool down. Not sure I could do this in the middle of summer in the middle of George Street. I note, however, that he IS wearing thongs!

Long live the Ugg Boot. I wouldn't be without mine. I can imagine this poor chap being uncomfortable in this thing, although I doubt it be fleecy-lined.
