Good one. Not that familiar with this part of Sydney.
Same as Jim, only have touched the surface with exploring the Northern Beaches. The traffic back on a Sunday afternoon is what turns us off, which I shouldn't let get in the way.
The trouble is that the traffic is heaviest on the best days.
